سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

Return & Exchange Policy

نحرص في EME Lab على جودة منتجاتنا وسلامة عملائنا، ووفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، تم إعداد هذه السياسة.

إتمام الطلب يعني الموافقة الكاملة وغير المشروطة على جميع البنود أدناه.

At EME Lab, we are committed to product quality and customer safety. This policy is set in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this policy.

أولًا: الاسترجاع (Refund Policy)

لا نقبل الاسترجاع نهائيًا لأي سبب من الأسباب بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, refunds are strictly not accepted under any circumstances once the order is completed.

ويشمل ذلك – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

•تغيير الرأي بعد الشراء

•عدم الرغبة بالمنتج

•عدم التوافق مع الاستخدام الشخصي

•تأخر الشحن أو الاستلام من شركة الشحن

Including but not limited to:

•Change of mind

•Personal preference

•Unsuitability for personal use

•Shipping delays caused by the courier

ثانيًا: الاستبدال (Exchange Policy)

️ يُسمح بالاستبدال في حالة واحدة فقط:

وجود عيب مصنعي واضح ومثبت في المنتج.

️ Exchange is allowed only in one case:

A clear and verified manufacturing defect.

شروط الاستبدال:

•تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب

•إرفاق صور أو فيديو واضح يبيّن العيب

•أن يكون المنتج:

•غير مستخدم

•غير مفتوح

•بحالته الأصلية

•داخل التغليف الأصلي الكامل

Exchange Conditions:

•Request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

•Clear photos or video showing the defect must be provided

•Product must be:

•Unused

•Unopened

•In original condition

•With full original packaging

في حال عدم تحقق أي شرط، يُرفض الطلب تلقائيًا.

Failure to meet any condition will result in automatic rejection.

ثالثًا: المنتجات غير القابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التالية تحت أي ظرف:

•الإكستنشن

•الهير فايبر

•الباروكات

•التوبر

•أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه

•أي منتج تالف بسبب سوء الاستخدام

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

•Hair extensions

•Hair fiber products

•Wigs

•Toppers

•Any opened or used product

•Any product damaged due to misuse

رابعًا: الألوان والدرجات

Colors & Shades

اختلاف درجة اللون البسيط الناتج عن:

•الإضاءة

•شاشات الهواتف

•إعدادات العرض

لا يُعد عيبًا مصنعيًا ولا يندرج ضمن حالات الاستبدال.

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for exchange.

خامسًا: الشحن

Shipping Responsibility

•المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة الشحن

•في حال إدخال عنوان خاطئ من قبل العميل، يتحمل العميل كامل المسؤولية

The store is not responsible for courier delays.

Any incorrect address provided by the customer is the customer’s full responsibility.

سادسًا: الموافقة النهائية

Final Acknowledgment

إتمام عملية الشراء يُعد:

•إقرارًا بالاطلاع على سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

•موافقةً كاملة وغير قابلة للاعتراض على جميع البنود

Placing an order confirms that the customer:

•Has read this policy

•Fully and unconditionally agrees to all terms
